Olivia (b.2000) is a British-German Interdisciplinary Artist, based in Southampton working across the UK and internationally. As a dancer she employs an exciting combination of technical precision and fluidity, developed through her background in classical ballet, release-based contemporary technique and capoeira. In creation she enjoys blending her skills in dance with theatrical practices, particularly the use of text in the creation and performance of work.
In the studio she values collaboration and thoughtful care-based approaches that create an inclusive and risk-taking space. Olivia strives to understand choreographers’ artistic aims and processes, fulfilling their visions to make work that is impactful and meaningful to a wide range of audiences.
Olivia achieved her Masters in Interdisciplinary Dance Performance at Northern School of Contemporary Dance (2025-2026), her Bachelors (Hons) in Contemporary Dance from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance (2018-2021), furthered her training with Michael Getman and Jonathan Fredrickson at Nuova Officina della Danza in Turin, Italy on the Nuova X Programme (2022).
